Located in the heart of Lindfield, G.O.A.T. Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine provides expert care across Sports Physiotherapy, Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, and Athlete Development & Performance. Nicola Mepstead, Director of G.O.A.T., is a dual titled physiotherapist with extensive experience in elite sports physio including Tennis Australia, Cricket NSW, Cricket Australia and Snowsports Australia. She currently serves as National Chair of the Australian Physiotherapy Association Sports & Exercise Group and has a passion for helping other physiotherapists develop and achieve their goals.
Requirements
About the Role:
- Assessing, diagnosing, treating and managing a diverse physiotherapy caseload
- Delivering high-quality, evidence-based care through hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation
- Guiding clients confidently from initial consultation through to discharge
- Building strong relationships with clients, referrers, local sporting clubs and the wider community
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a professional, positive and client-centred clinic environment
- Contributing to the continued growth and reputation of G.O.A.T. as a leading sports physiotherapy practice
About You:
Essential:
- Minimum 5+ years' clinical experience in private practice and/or sports physiotherapy
- Strong clinical reasoning and confidence working independently
- Excellent manual therapy, rehabilitation and exercise prescription skills
- Experience treating active populations and sporting injuries
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current APA membership
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable and client-focused approach
Highly Regarded:
- Master's Degree in Sports & Exercise Physiotherapy or Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
- Clinical Pilates qualifications
