Momentum Physio & Rehab Group runs on VALD technology - ForceDecks, ForceFrame, DynaMo and AirBands - across the caseload. That means strength deficits, asymmetries and return-to-sport readiness get tracked with real numbers, not guesswork. It's built into how we treat, not bolted on as a marketing line.

As you settle in, the role grows beyond your own caseload. You'll run case reviews with our graduate physios, help organise team referrer events, and be part of onboarding new clinicians. If you're 2 to 4 years in and ready for more than just a bigger patient list, this is where that shows up.

The Caseload

Roughly 8 in 10 of our patients are private or extras-paying, not compensable, which means the work is driven by what the patient needs, not what a claims process dictates. Knee and ACL rehab makes up about a quarter of the caseload, with strong volumes in lumbar spine, shoulder and foot/ankle. Most of our patients sit in the 21 to 40 age bracket, active adults and community sport players, which is exactly the population VALD testing and return-to-sport protocols are built for. This isn't a caseload you have to go looking for the interesting cases in. It's most of the week.
