What you'll do
Clinical 65%
Deliver physiotherapy and individualised Clinical Pilates programs
Manage a reduced, sustainable clinical caseload
Contribute to an integrated, multidisciplinary model of care
Operations 35%
Lead and mentor a small, experienced team
Oversee KPIs, front-of-house and day-to-day operations

Requirements
Who we're looking for
Essential
Current AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist
Minimum 2 years' physiotherapy experience
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Interest in progressing into operations & leadership
Desired (not essential)
+ Clinical Pilates background
+ ASCA Level 1 accreditation
+ Familiarity with practice management systems & KPIs
+ Leadership & front-of-house experience
