- Full Time/Part Time Physiotherapist
Description
Most clinics promise mentorship but deliver a few rushed meetings a month. We operate differently. We are looking for a driven physiotherapist who is ready to step out of the standard private practice model and into an elite clinical development pathway.
You will be working alongside industry leaders, managing complex cases, and developing a clinical skillset that places you in the top tier of practitioners. This is a role designed for someone who wants to be challenged, supported, and rewarded for clinical excellence.
If you are tired of the standard 20-minute patient mill and want to practice physiotherapy at the highest level, this is your opportunity to build a career that truly stands out.
We are growing our team and looking for someone who wants a work-life balance across the clinic and the caseloads. This role will be 50% treatments and 50% based in our gym and pilates studios.
Our mentorship program will help get you treating 3-5 years ahead of your colleagues. From comprehensive assessments, clinical reasoning, hands on and exercise prescription that is tailored to every patient, and advanced techniques that are not being taught any more through CPD courses. You will get 1-on-1 with the founder, a senior physiotherapist, inservices weekly, and monthly company inservices.
This clinic in particular out of the 4 other clinics is where elite athletes come to consult with the founder from NRL, Pro Tennis players, to NPL and first grade soccer players. So if you’re looking to see how the elite get treated and programmed then this is your chance.
