The opportunity

Ducker Physio is seeking a full-time Physiotherapist to join our team of allied health professionals in our busy private practices located in Salisbury SA 5108 and Magill SA 5072. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a thriving physiotherapy practice of 33 years and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. We also provide the daily full physiotherapy service to the entire private hospital at Calvary Central Districts Hospital, Elizabeth Vale.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat patients with a range of physiotherapy needs, including musculoskeletal, neurological and respiratory conditions
• Develop and implement personalised treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic patient records
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices and protocols
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• Current general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Some experience as a Physiotherapist in a private practice or similar setting
• In addition, willingness and skills to run some patient-specific small gym classes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and work effectively in a team
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care
• Enthusiasm for continuing self-driven professional development
