Proactive Physiotherapy Melbourne is a growing mobile physiotherapy practice providing high-quality physiotherapy services to older adults and community-based clients throughout Melbourne's Bayside suburbs.

We're looking for a motivated and caring Physiotherapist to join our team full-time and help us deliver exceptional physiotherapy care directly in our clients' homes.

About the Role
You will provide physiotherapy services primarily within clients' homes across Melbourne's Bayside region.

• Your caseload will predominantly consist of:
• Falls prevention and balance rehabilitation
• Strength and mobility programs
• Osteoarthritis management
• Post-operative rehabilitation
• Home exercise prescription
• General musculoskeletal physiotherapy
• Residential aged care consultations

This role offers significant autonomy while remaining supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

Requirements

About You
We are looking for someone who:

• Holds current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoys working independently
• Is passionate about helping people maintain their independence and quality of life
• Is organised, reliable, and professional
• Holds a current Australian driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle

Desirable

• Experience in community physiotherapy, aged care, or private practice
• Interest in falls prevention and healthy ageing
• New graduates with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
