Description
Full-Time Physiotherapist | Sydney West Physio
At Sydney West Physio, we exist to put people first - our patients, our staff, and our partners.
That belief shapes everything we do - how we treat our patients, how we support our referrers, and how we look after our team. Because we know that the best care starts with a team that feels valued, supported, and inspired to grow. This belief has allowed us to make real changes to health outcomes over the last 30 years.
We also believe that a varied case load in advanced scope of practice such as pelvic health, hand therapy and vestibular health leads to an enriching and rewarding career. We are looking for a physiotherapist who shares that belief.
About the Role
This is a full-time position based at our Norwest clinic—a dynamic, well-resourced environment where you'll be encouraged to grow well beyond standard musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
With a track record of over 30 years servicing our community, we have built a reputation that is unmatched amongst specialists and referrers in the area. We are particularly seeking someone with an interest in advancing their scope of practice beyond general MSK into areas such as hand therapy, vestibular health, or pelvic health. You'll be mentored and supported by highly experienced clinicians who are genuinely invested in your development, giving you the breadth to build a career that's both specialised and deeply rewarding.
What We Offer
Performance-Driven Remuneration: Competitive compensation that directly rewards and respects your performance and clinical excellence.
Generous CPD Support: Substantial funding and leave allowances for courses, external milestones, and conferences to support your specialized pathway.
Expert Mentorship: Structured mentoring from highly specialised and experienced clinicians across diverse areas of physiotherapy.
Pathways into Advanced Scope of Practice: Supported entry and progression into niche fields like hand therapy, vestibular health, and pelvic health.
A Supportive Culture: A team environment that takes your personal wellbeing seriously and genuinely looks out for one another.
What We're Looking For
More than a skill set, we're looking for someone who cares—about their patients, about their craft, and about being part of something bigger than a caseload.
You'll be someone who:
- Builds genuine connections with patients and guides them through long-term recovery.
- Is curious, motivated, and eager to extend their scope of practice into specialised areas.
- Wants to grow alongside an established clinical team that invests heavily in its people.
- Values collaboration with a highly regarded network of local medical specialists and referrers.
Whilst we would desire someone with existing women’s health and private practice experience, we would welcome an exceptional new graduate who is keen to upskill beyond standard MSK caseloads.
Please send your CV and cover letter to [email protected]
We would love to hear from you.
