Company Overview
Wheatbelt Health Network is a not-for-profit organisation that provides multidisciplinary primary care services across the Wheatbelt.
Services include GP, nursing and allied health. The operations are overseen by a skilled Board of Directors and implemented by a talented and progressive management team. The Network is a key regional player in delivering health care services with the super clinic in Northam being the organisation’s headquarters.
Company History
The Wheatbelt Health Network (originally Wheatbelt GP Network) project is partially funded by a $3 million government grant through the Commonwealth Department of Health Super Clinic’s program.
WHN utilises its existing knowledge and experience to manage a robust and forward-thinking General Practice, combined with a well-established Allied Health team and the addition of specialist services and complimentary services such as onsite pathology and pharmacy. In addition to clinical services, the Super Clinic will offer a high level of education and practical training for GP registrars, medical, nursing and allied health students.
WHN is an active participant in community forums and working groups.
