Star Physio is a leading boutique physiotherapy group in Western Australia. We pride ourselves on our evidence based care and work closely with universities in WA, both lecturing and researching to keep Star Physio at the forefront of contemporary physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
We have a number of PhD and PhD Candidate Physiotherapists on staff and pride ourselves as being acknowledged as a physiotherapy group with a wealth of expertise, particularly in the area of chronic pain, osteoarthritis and tendinopathy management.
Star Physio is also highly regarded in the area of cycling and triathlon injury and performance, both through involvement in research and with our high tech and evidence based bikefitting technology and procedures for both injury prevention and management.
Company History
Star Physio have been established since 2012, being formed from the former Physiotherapy Solutions, another highly regarded clinic in Perth. Star Physio's Managing Director Damian Oldmeadow has been a physiotherapist working in elite sport for over 20 years, including working at the AIS in Canberra 1997-1998 and with National Athletes and Teams since this time including involvement in 4 Olympic Campaigns.
Star Physio now boasts a staff of expert physiotherapists, some who are internationally renowned in their fields with published research and teaching around the world.
