Pilates Power & Physiotherapy Cronulla has evolved 2013 from Pilates Power Cronulla, which has been around since 2004, originally in Gymea, then since 2007 in Cronulla Mall.

The current team of 6 health professionals and pilates instructors (PITC and Polestar trained) have been working together from day one and the exceptional teamwork makes this company what it is today.
The studio's positioning on the first floor of a Cronulla corner building - with wrap around high windows - creates a beautiful atmosphere and light while being right in the heart of Cronulla Mall, a sniff away from south Cronulla beach.
Company History
Our clientele base has grown steadily and ranges from young athletes thriving to increase their goals to pre-and post natal mums and all the way through to the "ever young" folks who chose an active life style and are interested in reducing negative effects of aging by strengthening their core and more.
Many clients have been attending PPP for years, some since the beginning 10 years ago.
