PHYSIOPAEDICS CHILDREN'S PHYSIOTHERAPY is a private Paediatric Physiotherapy practice in Narellan servicing children 0-18 years of age and their families, by providing a fun, relaxed, child-friendly environment to receive physiotherapy. We have been servicing the children in the Macarthur and Liverpool area since 2003.
Our rooms are equipped with toys, books, games and bright colours to help children feel relaxed and enjoy their physiotherapy.
PHYSIOPAEDICS CHILDREN'S PHYSIOTHERAPY provides the highest quality physiotherapy service for children with:
- Disabilities: Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Spinal Cord Injury, Brain Injury, Juvenile Arthritis, Spina Bifida, Vision and Hearing Impairment, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and any other rare syndromes/conditions, eg. Muscle diseases, Neurological/movement disorders
- Developmental Delay: babies who have difficulty or delay in gross motor development, i.e. rolling, sitting, crawling, walking
- Congenital conditions: talipes equinovarus (TEV), congenital calcaneovalgus (CCV), developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH), as well as other conditions such as torticollis (always looking to one side), head preference / flattening of head / plagiocephaly and brachial plexus injuries (Erb's Palsy)
- Gross motor difficulties: ball skills, balance, co-ordination, strength, clumsiness, Developmental Co-ordination Disorder (DCD)/Motor Dyspraxia
- Gait / walking problems: in-toeing, out-toeing, flat feet, toe-walking, “knock knees” (genu valgus), “W” sitting
- Orthopaedic conditions: serial casting for toe-walkers with tight calf muscles, therapy post-fracture and after casting
