Our Physio is a practice that prides itself on our continuous journey for excellence.

We have weekly teem meetings. One to one sessions with the director as well as weekly in services.
We strongly value growth with a $500 incentive for CPD courses every 12 months.
Our Physio offers a level of support to our staff and patients second to none, as we believe a great team culture delivers optimal results.
We have a Gym, Reformer, Nohrd Bars, Bench and more.
Our difference is the expertise of our clinicians. They are highly skilled and continue to progress their skills in diagnosis and treatment.
We treat Clients with a multi-modal hands on approach using manipulation, soft tissue techniques, dry needling alongside an individual exercise program to Rehabilitate their injury.
Our Physio is well respected in the community and sponsor a number of institutions and we lend a hand when we can.
We are affiliated with local Soccer and Rugby league teams.
We schedule 45 minute Initial and 30 minute standard appointments to give our clinician optimal time to treat patients.
Company History
Our Physio Central Coast has a director (Damien) who has 15 years clinical experience and excellent skills in Sports, Manipulative Physiotherapy. Damien has a Bachellor of Exercise and Sport Science, as well as a Masters of Physiotherapy, APPI Pilates instructor, dry and segmental needling, Sports qualified. He has taken on extensive CPD training courses for Spine, Hip, Knee, shoulder, elbow over the years.
He previously worked in a private hospital and ventured into private practice 14 years ago where he found a passion for helping clients reach their physical goals. He has worked with rugby league, soccer, hockey teams throughout his career. Damien also is passionate about helping his employees reach their full potential both clinically and personally and is big on having a fun, energetic, growth mindset and team culture.
