Compatible Care Nursing Services has been established to provide quality staff, who are aware of the needs of the patients in their care and the importance of understanding just how special this person is to their family and the history that the individual has.

We value the importance of the brokerage staff working in harmony with the staff at the facilities requiring their services to assure excellent patient care.

?We also provide services to our ageing population within their own homes to provide them with choice, and hopefully keep them out of residential care for a longer period of time.

Our Founder, Trish Gloede had over 30 years experience as a Director of Nursing in aged care facilities, and had seen the desperation within a facility with agency staff that have limited training and understanding of what a patient requires.

She had seen the frustration of permanent staff that needed to pick up extra tasks as well as trying to assist the agency staff member.
