Since being established in 2001, Biosymm has evolved into a quality Western Australian medical and physiotherapy consultancy, specialising in the field of occupational health and safety. Biosymm has steadily grown alongside our valued client list including Rio Tinto Iron Ore, Wesfarmers CSBP and Kleenheat Gas, Patrick, Aurizon, ATCO Gas, Roy Hill Iron Ore, Sodexo and Newmont to deliver onsite physiotherapy services across a vast range of industry sectors.
Biosymm’s headquarters is based in Perth, Western Australia, but our team travel far and wide to work alongside our clients in regional and remote areas nationwide. We travel to any site, anywhere and believe that better health results in better business.
Company History
Like most physiotherapy businesses, Biosymm started out as a private practice within a medical centre. Continually encountering obstacles when treating injured workers and having your treatment success impacted heavily by issues beyond control quickly became frustrating. Most of these were hard to impact based in a clinic. As such we pursued the idea of onsite physiotherapy – a way better way to facilitate a speedy recovery with knowledge of the workplace, whilst also saving costs associated with workers leaving the workplace for treatment.
By working closely with our partners, we began to understand the risks experienced by businesses and expanded our service to encompass methods to reduce this risk profile.
With this approach, both our business and our reputation for outstanding service provision continued to grow. We remain passionate about both injury management and prevention and constantly seek to be innovative in improving our processes to both evaluate and reduce risk to our clients.
