For over 16 years Back on Track has been supporting employers to promote the health, safety and well being of their valued staff. We deliver onsite injury prevention and injury management services for large employers, small-medium enterprises, government agencies and insurers throughout metropolitan and regional Queensland. Through years of shared history we have developed strong relationships and understand our clients' needs, enabling us to deliver fast, flexible and effective services.

We offer continuity of service, an individually tailored approach, strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice with expertise across more than 2 decades. We take great pride in our strong client relationships and truly enjoy the work we do to support injured and ill workers at their most vulnerable time. Back on Track offers injury prevention services to support employers in their duty of care and to reduce the risk of injury to staff.

Leanne Loch is the Director and Principal Consultant at Back on Track. She is an Occupational Health Physiotherapist and Certified Professional Ergonomist with over 20 years’ experience in injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation. She has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (University of Queensland), Post Graduate Certificate in OH&S (Curtin University), Post Graduate Diploma in Ergonomics (University of Queensland) and Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. She is the Queensland Secretary for the Australian Rehabilitation Providers’ Association, is an active member of the Australian Institute for Health and Safety and a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society of Australia.

Leanne worked clinically as a physiotherapist for a number of years in musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, general medical and critical care before commencing post-graduate studies in occupational health and establishing Back on Track in 2005. She now works as the Director and Principal Consultant in Back on Track’s multi-disciplinary team providing services to a range of industrial employers, utility and energy companies, government agencies and insurers. Leanne has extensive experience in delivering the full suite of occupational rehabilitation and injury prevention services including job task analysis, pre-employment functional assessment, manual task risk assessment, ergonomic assessment, functional capacity evaluation, injury management education, chronic pain education, return to work services and medicolegal assessment and reporting.
