We provide solutions to Australia’s ageing population.
When we started out in 2014, we realised that while there were many health professionals in the aged care sector, not many of them knew how it worked!
How does funding get allocated? Where does it come from? How is it accessed?
Since then it has became our goal to be the one stop shop for physiotherapy in the aged care community. From understanding funding, equipment, care planning, falls prevention, taxi subsidy schemes, and more! You name it and we can help!
Of course we provide great standard physiotherapy consultations too!
Company History
Ascend Health Care has grown to provide services to multiple leading Community Providers since its inception in 2014. We started with a single clinician, and now have grown into a small team. This has been driven by the recognition of the great work we do and highlights the need for outcome driven clinical work in the aged care sector.
