Active Balance Physiotherapy and Performance is an independent private practice in Old Bar, NSW. Founded in 2019 by its Principal Physiotherapist, Aaron Bayley, we offer high quality physiotherapy to our expanding seaside town.
We have a team of 3 full time physiotherapists, and full time administrative support, and we enjoy excellent relationship with local medical professionals, and strive to offer the best healthcare to all patient types. This includes musculoskeletal clients, sporting injuries and associated rehabilitation, orthopaedic rehabilitation, group exercise classes, and sporting team coverage.
Our clinic in Old Bar has private treatment rooms with onsite gym, as well as access to local gym for group classes and rehab sessions, right on the beach!
