4D Health and Performance is Sydney's newest state-of-the-art health and fitness centre that covers the diagnoses, treatment and rehabilitation of all workplace and sporting related injuries.
We offer services that include sports medicine, sports chiropractic, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, Active Release Technique (ART), massage therapy and dry needling.
With high end facilities that include an AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill, Woodway treadmill, WattBikes and a complete functional strength and conditioning facility, our expertise in diagnosing, treating and rehabilitating injuries is available to everyone from everyday people to weekend warriors, all the way through to elite athletes.
Through our partnership with Serotonin Strength + Fitness, the facility offers individual programming and small group strength and conditioning sessions.
