This full-time position offers a busy, rewarding caseload of musculoskeletal, sports, post-surgical and complex presentations, with optional exposure to pelvic health, vestibular, concussion and hand therapy patient groups. Your week includes dedicated admin and PD time within paid hours, and opportunities to run group exercise programs across S & C, Clinical Pilates and Aquatic Physiotherapy.

 Above-industry pay – Base $100 000 (including super) + weekly very achievable bonuses (realistic $140 000–$150 000 p.a.).

Requirements
- Current full AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in private practice.
- Strong exercise-based rehabilitation skills and sound clinical reasoning.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a busy caseload and deliver great outcomes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
Desirable
- Clinical Pilates or Group Exercise experience.
- Sports coverage or athlete rehabilitation experience.
- Hand therapy, vestibular or pelvic health skills.
- Teaching or mentoring interest.
- Tech-savvy and open to innovation.
- Media or marketing experience a bonus.
