We're looking for a passionate Physiotherapist to join our growing team at Flex!
Salary: $90k base + super + monthly bonus paid up to 50% of revenue generated (~$15k bonus achievable annually)
We are a busy private practice established in 2008, that recently expanded to a larger space in 2024 joining with Viva Physiotherapy to become the premier Physiotherapy clinic in Melbourne's CBD. We have a team of nine clinicians and three admin team members, and this role will take on an existing caseload.

What the Role Looks Like
Delivering high-quality sessions to achieve better client outcomes.
Collaborating with the team to provide integrated care across musculoskeletal, rehabilitation, and performance clients.
Playing an important role in client recovery, performance preparation, and holistic care plans.
Contributing to clinic growth - helping expand our capacity to meet high client demand (current diary fully booked).
Shifts available: Monday - Friday with no weekend work required. Part or Full time hours available.
Advertised salary is based on a full-time equivalent and is negotiable based on experience and expertise.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
Qualified Physiotherapist
Must have Australian work rights and current professional indemnity insurance to apply for this position.
2+ year private practice experience preferred.
Holistic, client-centred practitioner who values collaboration and long-term results.
Strong communicator with a team-first, growth-oriented mindset.
Passion for continuous learning, professional development, and living an active lifestyle.
