An excellent opportunity exists for a motivated physiotherapist to join our progressive team at Lakeside Sports Medicine Centre.  Located at the iconic Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre, Lakeside manages elite and recreational athletes from a diverse range of sporting pursuits.  Our reputation for evidence-based care and our drive to stay at the forefront of musculoskeletal and sports medicine management is reflected in the quality of our clinicians, in addition to the research activities carried out at our facilities.   Our clinical experiences have included national and international representative sports as well as national and state level codes.

The successful applicant will work with a highly supportive team of sports doctors, physiotherapists, podiatrists, and myotherapists in a setting that encourages regular and effective communication.  Encouragement and support will be given to continuing professional development via both in-house and external coursework.  

The applicant must have a strong manual therapy background with an ability to problem solve a diverse caseload.  They must have an ability to work independently while embracing a team approach to client care.  A minimum two years experience is preferred.  The role is expected to be a minimum 25 hours with the opportunity to grow to full time.
