Physiotherapist – Freedom Physiotherapy Castlemaine
Create your version of balance. Live well, work well, grow with us.
Location: Castlemaine, VIC
Work type: Part-time or Full-time – we’ll make it work for you
About Freedom Physio
We’re a small but thriving private practice in the heart of Castlemaine, central Victoria — just 1.5 hours from Melbourne by car or train.
Since opening in 2019, we’ve built a reputation for clinical excellence, strong community connection, and being the kind of place where people genuinely like coming to work.
We have a wonderful team of practitioners — physiotherapists, an exercise physiologist, a massage therapist, and expert Pilates instructors — and we’re always on the lookout for fantastic new people to join the team.
At Freedom Physiotherapy, our staff are our greatest asset. We work with people who love what they do, are eager to learn and share their knowledge, and support one another — both personally and professionally.
Most importantly, we want to know what you want from your life and your career!
We value:
Community and connection
Creativity and collaboration
High clinical standards
A client-centred, whole-person approach
Our caseload is wonderfully varied — think pelvic health, sports, musculoskeletal, post-operative, pre/postnatal, GLA:D, group exercise, Pilates, running assessments and more. And if you have a special interest, we’d love to help you grow it!
About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a motivated musculoskeletal physio who’s keen to become part of this great community, build strong relationships with clients, and grow your caseload sustainably, in a way that works for you and your lifestyle.
Want to dive deeper into Pelvic Health or Pregnancy care? Or work with our local sports teams? Or level up your Pilates skills through professional development and onsite mentoring? We’re open to shaping the role around your passions.
Your days will include a mix of musculoskeletal clients and small group exercise/Pilates sessions.
Ideally, the role will be full-time, but we’re happy to tailor the hours to suit your schedule and lifestyle.
Whether you’re a parent needing flexibility, a new grad eager to learn, or someone looking to take the next step in their career, we’d love to hear from you!
