About ConnectTherapy™
ConnectTherapy™ is a whole-body assessment and treatment framework that identifies and treats the true drivers of pain and dysfunction — not just the symptoms. It empowers patients through collaboration and self-management, helping them return to doing the things they love.

About You
We’re looking for an experienced Physiotherapist (minimum 3 years) who:
- Has experience or interest in teaching classes, Women’s Health, or a specialist area (e.g. Vestibular rehab, Strength & Conditioning, Breathwork, etc.)
- Is both eager to learn and keen to share their own expertise
- Wants to contribute to the local Balmain community
Values flexibility – early mornings (7am–1pm), evenings (2–8pm), or weekends (8am–1pm)
What You’ll Gain
- Ongoing mentorship to enhance your diagnostic, manual therapy, and movement retraining skills
- Expand your clinical reasoning and treatment approach for a wide range of musculoskeletal, sports, spinal, pelvic, hip, post-op, and pregnancy-related conditions
- Support: regular 1:1 mentoring
- Flexibility: start part-time (~20 hours) and progress to full-time (~35–38 hours)
- Professional development: PD allowance and structured ongoing training

Requirements
Eligible candidates are required to show:
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate Physiotherapy degree
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Current registration with AHPRA with no restrictions
- A minimum of 3 years experience post graduation including private practice
- PD including musculoskeletal and sports rehab courses or women’s health, pilates course will assist application
- Attendance of ConnectTherapy with Dr LJ Lee, ISM with Diane Lee or Muscle Energy Technique courses favourable but not essential
