Total Physio Centres is the leading, patient-centred, hands on physiotherapy clinic located in Kanwal, Central Coast NSW. We combine evidence-based care, a warm supportive team culture, and professional growth opportunities. We treat musculoskeletal, sports and post-surgical services to name a few, and we’re a lomng term stable business with many new referrals every day. We are the largest Clinic between Gosford and Newcastle based around lake Macquarie boasting 4-5 Physio, massage therapists and 3 reformer pilates instructors. Our reformer pilates studio has 5 reformers and runs 40-50 classes as week and is attached to our physio clinic emphasising both our Hands on approach and also our exercise based rehab approach.
What you will do:
Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans for a diverse caseload (MSK, post-op, sports rehab).
Deliver manual therapy, exercise prescription, patient education, rehabilitation programs.
Monitor, document progress, adapt treatment plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and other external health providers (instructors, specialists, GPs, etc.).
Mentor or support junior staff (if interested).
Participate in quality improvement, case review sessions, and professional development initiatives.
Who you are:
Essentials:
Registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA, and SIRA approved in NSW
Minimum 4 plus years of clinical experience in private practice or similar ( senior role)
For new Grad Role, ideally some exp with sports teams, taping, physio assistant work

Experience / interest in dry needling, Pilates, sports rehab.
Experience mentoring/junior supervision.
Interest in advanced techniques or special interest areas (e.g. vestibular, pelvic health).
