We are looking for an enthusiastic new or recent graduate to join our team to advance their career in Private Practice. Our current role will see you working between two of our busy sites, supported by highly experienced practitioners.
We are offering a clear pathway for the early career physiotherapist to see you through to becoming a skilled, highly sought after, well-remunerated professional. With 45 years providing physiotherapy to the local community, we maintain the highest standards of clinical care and have done so by building and retaining a top quality, respected team.
We have established a rigorous Graduate Development Program. Throughout your first year with us, you’ll be provided with two PD sessions per week under the guidance of a titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. Our years of experience have helped us develop a program which addresses the most common assessment and treatment techniques seen through musculoskeletal practice. We can help accelerate your clinical reasoning and patient management skills.
Additionally, we cover the 'other' side of physiotherapy in the private sector- how to run a list, understanding how to achieve optimum outcomes with patients, how to grow your professional network. We will ensure your diary is not over-booked, but provides adequate learning over a wide variety of conditions.
As your career progresses, we have a generous bonus scheme which will see you feeling valued for what you provide your patients. We encourage our practitioners to carve out a niche which aligns with their own interest, be it Women's/Men's Health, Vestibular, Hands or anything else which is a need for our patient group.
